Almost in every business we could see the word "outsourcing" will be pronounced,
that means the world is running towards making the simplication on every process.
The most important thing is that the companies are thinking about cost reduction
as well as on time completion of a job. If a process is outsourced, the outsourcing
company will think that, that part of the job is the main business for them and atmost
care will be taken on time. So that both the companies will benefit mutually by generating
the revenue for the outsourcing service providers as well as cost reduction and time
reduction for the core business unit who is outsourcing the Job.

Apart from BPO/KPo's recently LPO[Litigation Process Outsourcing] is getting
emergence in the world of outsourcing. Recent studies reveal that in 2010-11 India will
get 300mn dollar revenue from LPO alone aprat from BPO/KPO. It leads to a good trend for
the legal professionals to work for the US litigation support.

By looking on the estimated growth on LPO industry, all IT/ITES giants are investing
money on LPO industry in order to step in early to capture the market share. Sure that LPO
will grow double from the current with in two to three years. The potential for LPO industry
is big one and the countries are looking to earn foreign exchange more through this
prospective industry, which will grow like anything in short period of time.

The LPO mainly outsource on document review, legal research and writing,
drafting of pleadings and briefs, and patent services outsourcing. Though India,
the Philippines, the US, Israel and Latin America and some of the middle east countries
are doing LPO services, major market share will be taken by India and Philippines only.
The English Speaking Countries and the countries which are following English Law will
take their most of the business in LPO Industry.

To conlude, it is needless to say that the Lawyers will get Global focus on their
profession by serving to the local, national and International clients.
